什麼是碟頭飯？有吃過日式的丼吧，這可以說是港式的丼，不在碗裡，在碟裡，因此也就叫碟頭飯，碟頭飯有很多種，有傳統的燒味飯，有典型港式小菜類，也有所謂豉油西餐式的，就像我今天跟大家分享的鮮茄雞絲飯。
What is rice dish? Japan has donburi (rice bowl). This is kind of a HK style one but it’s on a plate not a bowl. Traditional HK style rich dish has lots of varieties such as BBQ rice dish (HK BBQ – BBQ pork, soy sauce chicken, crispy pork belly etc.), rice dish with traditional HK stir fry or even what is so called “Soy Sauce Western Dish” like this one.
